Tech Station was quick to respond to my messages and get me booked for an appointment. We had 2 playstation 5's with broken HDMI ports. The first one was fixed within 48 hours and works perfectly. The second had pretty decent damage to it. They worked for over a week on the Playstation and failed to give up. Their hard working technician was able to finally fix the playstation after multiple failed attempts. They always made sure that I had constant updates and were fully transparent with the pricing. I now how to fully working playstations and 2 happy children. I will continue to use tech station for future repairs and maintenance.

I loved their on-site service! They came to my house and fixed my computer. It worked great after I went to many shops and they couldn't fix it. I can't recommend this business highly enough. My laptop had a complex issue that other shops dismissed as unfixable. The motherboard required intricate work, specifically a delicate soldering job that I was nervous about tackling. The tech guru at Tech Station LLC, absolutely nailed it. The precision and expertise required for that kind of detailed component-level repair are hard to find. Not only did they manage a professional and clean solder, but they also explained the process clearly and got my computer back up and running perfectly. The service was fast, incredibly reliable, and very affordable, especially for such advanced repair work. Took my laptop in and serviced it right away. Alyssa was very nice and explained their procedure. They let me know right away my battery was bad...very bad! Gave me a repair cost. My experience with this store was awesome I brought in my Xbox Series X for repair and also had them handle a custom PC build. If it wasn’t for them I would’ve had to buy another Xbox.
